Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling was performed on non-cancerous and cancerous liver tissue samples obtained from patients with MASH using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip. 41 genomic DNA was extracted form FFPE specimens obtained from partial hepatectomy materials of 31 patients, who had provided written informed consent. Genomic DNA was subjected to bisulfite conversion followed by Infinium assay.
