Data and Code for the Watershed–Perturbation Interaction (WPI) Model

This repository contains the data products and code used in the study “Watershed–Perturbation Interaction (WPI): A Feedback-Based Model for Dynamic Health Assessment in Complex Ecosystems”.

The repository includes:(1) Derived data products used for analysis and figure generation, including time series of resistance (Rt), resilience (Rs), ecological cost (EC), multiscale entropy (Hydro_RCMFE), afforestation area, impervious surface area, and extreme precipitation indices.(2) MATLAB code implementing the Hydrological Refined Composite Multiscale Fuzzy Entropy (Hydro_RCMFE).

Raw hydrological and meteorological observations are subject to third-party usage restrictions and are therefore not redistributed. All derived data and code required to reproduce the results are provided here.
