数字正射影像图(Digital Orthophoto Map，缩写DOM)是通过飞机或卫星获取数字化航空像片或遥感影像，经专业软件处理得到的平面图。数字正射影像图（DOM）同时具有地图几何精度和影像特征，精度高、信息丰富、直观真实、制作周期短。它可作为背景控制信息，评价其它数据的精度、现实性和完整性，也可从中提取自然资源和社会经济发展信息，为防灾治害和公共设施建设规划等应用提供可靠依据。

Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM for short) is a planar geospatial image obtained by processing digital aerial photographs or remote sensing images acquired via aircraft or satellites with professional software. DOM integrates both the geometric accuracy of traditional maps and the visual features of remote sensing imagery, featuring high precision, rich information, intuitive realism and a short production cycle. It can be used as background control information to assess the accuracy, currency and completeness of other datasets. Additionally, natural resources and socio-economic development information can be extracted from it, providing reliable basis for applications such as disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as public facility construction planning.
