The mRNA profiles of 3 cell lines (HUH7, DLD1, NCIH838) were analyzed by RNA-sequencing under control and KDSR KO conditions to identify gene expression changes induced by disruption of KDSR in cancer cells that are sensitive to its loss. Compare the mRNA profiles of 3 cancer cell lines under CTRL (non-targeting guide) and KDSR KO mediated by CRISPR-cas9. Each condition was analyzed in biological triplicate for a total of 18 samples.
