2. Priority areas for the implementation of measures — FFH species

For the FFH species listed in Annex II to the Habitats Directive, for which Brandenburg has a special responsibility for conservation, priority areas for the implementation of measures to ensure or develop favourable conservation conditions are presented. Full FFH areas were selected as the focal area. The priority areas for the implementation of measures were determined from all the occurrences of the FFH species known in the LfU with special responsibility of Brandenburg. The implementation of measures in the priority areas contributes in a particular way to the conservation of the occurrences in Brandenburg and to the improvement of the conservation status of the species.
