Contains: (i) Giotto session snapshot (session_snapshot.RData) and Giotto object with spatial networks (gobj_with_spatial_networks.rds) as the canonical entry points for the downstream pipeline; (ii) aggregated COMMOT cell-cell optimal-transport output and cross-method (CellChat / COMMOT) consensus table; (iii) a snapshot of the analysis repository (scripts, manuscript, supplementary materials, figures, supplementary tables) at the commit corresponding to manuscript submission.
