Gene expression profile at single-cell level of Rspo3-overexpressing xenograft from C57BL/6 mice

R-Spondin 3 (Rspo3) has been reported to exert either oncogenic or tumor suppressive functions in tumorigenesis. However, the exact roles and the molecular mechanisms of RSPO3 in colon cancer development are not explored. Here, single-cell RNA-seq was performed to deeply dissect the underlying mechanism by which Rspo3 inhibits colorectal tumorigenesis and growth. Overall design: Murine MC38-RSPO3-OE and MC38-Ctrl xenograft tissues from C57BL/6 mice were harvested to perform scRNA-seq.
