RNA-seq of human nociceptor-like sensory neurons with varying Neurogenin 1 induction lengths

Induced pluripotent stem cells were differentiated into neural crest progenitors and infected with a lentiviral construct that contains a doxycyclin-inducible Neurogenin 1(Ngn1) cassette. The samples represent RNA-sequencing from a condition where Ngn1 was activated for 10 days post infection or 23 days post infection.
