This dataset is an archive of data and code files used to generate figures and tables for a manuscript entitled "Incremental integration for tracking genotype-phenotype associations". Data files include the exact versions of raw materials as well as databases produced during the course of the analysis described in the manuscript. Code files include python and R components.
