Data of the complete sequence of chloroplast genome of the Dendrobium chrysotoxum

Among the many available reports on the chloroplast genomes of <i>Dendrobium</i> species, there are few reports on <i>D. chrysotoxum</i>. Therefore, this data reports for the first time the complete sequence of the chloroplast genome of<i> D. chrysotoxum</i>.

在已公开的诸多石斛属（Dendrobium）物种叶绿体基因组研究报道中，针对鼓槌石斛（D. chrysotoxum）的相关研究报道较为稀缺。因此本数据集首次报道了鼓槌石斛的完整叶绿体基因组序列。
