The dataset called BBTD_Benin was obtained from small scale farms growing bananas, using a survey questionnaire. These data were used through Poisson model to identify the environmental factors, seed systems and crop management factors. The second dataset called Satscan contains the geolocalisation coordinates of the banana fields derived from geolocalised aerial pictures obtained using a UAV during this study.
