Beliefs of consumer expectations towards gluten free food prices in Canada 2016

This statistic shows how much more store owners, managers and executives believe consumers are willing to pay for gluten free food products in Canada as of June 2016. During the survey, 30 percent of respondents said they believed consumers were willing to pay 20 to 29 percent more for gluten free products, compared with regular food products.
