资源简介:
HGF-CM increases the proliferation and migration ability of DPSC (Dental pulp stem cells) in a dosage dependent manner, and facilitates the mineralization of DPSC by upregulating odotogenic genes. Although lack of in vitro evidence, DPSC and hGF-CM could be a promising combination for pulp regeneration in the future. Overall design: HGF-CM was collected from their cultivation in serum free media after 48 hours, and basal media was used as a control media. DPSC proliferation and survival rate were assessed and the migration test was performed to confirm the ability of hGF-CM in cell recruitment. Odontogenic differentiation on DPSC was administered under HGF-CM diluted ostegenic medium at a 1:1 ratio. The level of odontoblast differentiation genes expression, alkaline phosphatase assays and Alizarin red S were conducted on the different time points throughout the 21 day study.
