资源简介:
This file contains 25 thermal orthomosaics depicting an aerial view of seven flying-fox (Pteropus spp.) colonies throughout the Greater Sydney region, Australia. The file contains seven folders, each containing thermal orthomosaics depicting a flying-fox colony (denoted by the folder name). Within each folder, thermal orthomosaic tif. files are named using the date they were captured, for example, the thermal orthomosaic within the ‘Camellia Gardens’ folder, entitled ‘191119’, was captured at the Camellia Gardens flying-fox colony on the 19th of November 2019. All thermal orthomosaics contained in this file are georeferenced .tif files and can be viewed in Geographical Information Systems software such as ArcGIS, QGIS or R or any .tif file viewing software.<br>For all colonies depicted here, landowner permission was obtained prior to drone flights.
