On the Misunderstanding of Mass and Time as Defined by Envelope Surface Parameters

Standard physics treats mass and time as fundamental properties of the universe — mass as an inherent quantity of matter, time as the background dimension in which events unfold. From the envelope surface framework, this paper argues that mass and time are not fundamental properties, but projections of envelope surface parameters onto specific reading interfaces. Mass is the folded reading of the radial component d on the envelope surface, manifesting as inertia, weight, and sense of existence. Time is the temporal projection of the same radial component d on the envelope surface, manifesting as flow, sequence, and duration. Humans split the same d into two independent concepts (mass and time) because, standing on the envelope surface, they can only see tangential motion (v) and cannot see the radial constraint (d). This paper demonstrates that mass and time are two names for the same physical quantity on different reading interfaces, not two independent existences.
