Control Arm Commit — DT120-GAD-Panorama Warrant Assessment (pre-readout)

Public commit for the control arm of the DT120-GAD-Panorama warrant assessment (original seal: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20941431, 26 June 2026). Purpose: to place, before the Panorama (NCT06809595) Phase 3 readout exists, an ordinary-prompt assessment of the same decision on the same evidence, against a method assessment that had no control group. Sealed files (01-04: prompt, input dossier, two control outputs) are held privately until readout and are fixed here by SHA-256. Both control outputs reached verdict B, "acceptable with reservations." No claim is made about which arm is superior and no prediction is made about Panorama. The 26 June seal is not revised or superseded. Note: the internal documents are dated 14 July 2026, the day the control run was executed. This Zenodo record was published 15 July 2026. Both dates precede the Panorama readout.
