Four parts of brains (Medial prefrontal cortex, Striatum, Hippocampus, Hypothalamus) of mice inhaling 2.5% sevoflurane / 40% oxygen for three hours were extracted and their RNA were analyzed using Next-Seq. Our aim is to evaluate the toxicity and effects of sevoflurane to each part of brain and detect the specific gene expression changes caused by sevoflurane inhalation.
