TR: Kalenderhane Camii ya da eski adıyla Theotokos Kyriotissa Kilisesi, İstanbul'un Vefa semtinde Doğu Roma döneminden kalma bir yapıdır. Doğu Ortodoks Kilisesi formundadır. 18. yüzyılda Osmanlı'lar tarafından camiye çevrilmiştir. Yüksek olasılıkla kilise ilk durumunda Theotokos Kyriotissa'ya adanmıştı.
