A growing body of literature evaluates the potential anti-cancer and immunostimulatory effects of GSK-3 inhibition. Accordingly, we sought to evaluate GSK-3 inhibitor elraglusib (9-ING-41) and its impact on gene expression in both human colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines and human immune cell lines. We used microarrays to detail the differential gene expression that occurs post-treatment with GSK-3 inhibitor 9-ING-41 (elraglusib). We utilized microarray analysis to gain insights into gene expression changes in colorectal cell lines and immune cell lines post-GSK-3 inhibition with elraglusib (9-ING-41). Several CRC cell lines (HCT-116, HT-29, KM12C) and immune cell lines (TALL-104, NK-92) were treated with elraglusib or DMSO as a vehicle control for 24 hours and treated versus untreated samples were compared in triplicate.
