Genome sequences of various Z. bailii isolates, and hybrids Z. parabailii and Z. pseudobailii. Genome assemblies of Zygosaccharomyces bailii and hybrids

Environmental isolates of Zygosaccharomyces bailii, Zygosaccharomyces parabailii and Zygosaccharomyces pseudobailii were whole genome sequenced. A de novo genome sequence was produced for three isolates from each species, by aligning Illumia short reads to scaffolds produced by PacBio long reads. For other isolates, Illumia short reads were aligned to open reading frames of the de novo genome sequence for that specific subspecies.
