4hpi - 6wpi Gene Expression in HCMV-Infected Primary Human Monocytes

To investigate how HCMV alters monocyte gene expression over time, we collected RNA from HCMV-infected primary human monocytes (3 donors) from 4 hours to 6 weeks post infection and analyzed the differential gene expression by RNAseq. Primary human monocytes were mock-infected or HCMV-infected. RNA was collected at 4 hpi, 24 hpi, 2 wpi, 4 wpi, and 6 wpi. 3 replicates are included.
