The purpose of this study was to evaluate the transcriptomic recovery 2hrs and 60 hours post treatment of a short term but high dosage of heat (45 Celsius for 1 hour) of different larval stages. We chose to compare most, an intermediate and the least thermal-sensitive brood stages based on 20day post survival.
