Polymer composites with high filler loadings exhibit complex thermal transport behaviors due to strong interparticle interactions and reduced distances between fillers. Understanding and predicting these effects require models that go beyond the dilute limit. In this work, a mechanistic thermal conductivity model based on a body-centered cubic framework was developed to accurately describe heat transfer in densely packed composites. The dataset includes the experimental data used for model validation, covering 243 sets of thermal conductivity measurements, and the Python code and MATLAB code implementing the BCC-based effective medium model. Together, these data and scripts enable reproducibility of the study’s findings and facilitate further development of thermal transport models in composite materials.
