RNA-seq analysis of the cortex from presenilin1/2 conditional double knockout mice at early stage of disease pathology

The transcriptome profile of glial activation and dysregulation of neuroinflammatory mediators before the emergence of memory impairment or initiation and progression of neurodegeneration remains largely unknown. Here, we performed transcriptome analysis of the cortex in 2-month-old presenilin 1/2 conditional double knockout mice (before the initiation of neurodegeneration) using RNA-Seq technology.
