The tool integrates a genome browser and a BLAST function, which allows researchers to launch various analyses using all of the high-quality assembly sequences. This web-based tool also contains a comprehensive catalog of SNPs/Indels, including the SNP/Indels that were previously filtered out (or could not be detected) because of highly repetitive or non-Nipponbare sequences in previous SNP call sets. It also includes the ancestral allele data for these SNP/Indels, which can benefit the crop research and breeding communities.
