In 2022, vegetables, such as leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, were the most frequently mentioned food that consumers in the United States eat to improve their energy or reduce fatigue, with approximately 51 percent of respondents mentioning them. The second most frequently mentioned food were fruits (dried or fresh), which were mentioned by about 49 percent of respondents.
