Soil properties of different organic fertilizers under soil replacement

A field experiment was conducted. A randomized block design was set up with different soil layer replacement depths (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm replacement (T0), 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm replacement (T1)) and fertilization treatments（no replacement + no fertilization (BCK), blank control (CK), conventional chemical fertilization (CF), three concentration levels of different organic fertilizers (biochar (CBO, CBT, CBH), cow manure (CNO, CNT, CNH), and liquor brewing sludge-derived organic fertilizers (CYO, CYT, CYH)).
