Transcriptome sequencing of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and paired adjacent normal mucosa tissues

Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a common form of head and neck cancer. However, the mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of LSCC remains unclear. To identify dysregulated genes in LSCC.Transcriptome sequencing were performed was performed on a cohort of 53 LSCC tissues and 53 paired adjacent normal mucosa tissues.
