AM Colonization Across Ecosystem types

This dataset and associated scripts accompany the submitted manuscript “Extent and Flexibility of Community-Level Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Colonization Vary with Ecosystem Type and Time”.

The archive includes raw and processed plant community composition tables, species-level mycorrhizal colonization data, trait information (shade tolerance, root diameter), and metadata collected from surveys of European and North-American ecosystems.

Supplementary R scripts for data preparation, community analysis, trait association tests, and figure creation are provided to enable full reproducibility of the main analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.
The sources of the raw data are referenced in the manuscript.

All data are provided in accessible formats with detailed README and column descriptions.
