“综合地图”以矢量数据为基础，清晰呈现市、区、镇三级行政界线、道路网络、水系、重要地物及注记信息，层级分明、要素规范，构成理解常州空间格局与进行空间分析的数字框架。“影像地图”则基于最新高分辨率航空或卫星影像制作，真实、直观地反映地表覆盖、建筑纹理与自然景观的现势性原貌。二者既可独立使用，亦可叠加融合，实现矢量信息精准性与影像现实感的优势互补。
该产品为城市规划建设、自然资源管理、公共服务配置、应急指挥及社会经济分析提供了统一、准确、可视化的空间底图支撑，是构建数字常州、实现城市精细化治理不可或缺的基础性数字底板。

This product is a systematically integrated multi-scale and multi-type basic geographic information atlas covering the entire administrative area of Changzhou City, which comprises two core components: "Comprehensive Maps of Changzhou City, Districts and Towns" and "Image Maps of Changzhou City".

The "Comprehensive Maps" are based on vector data, clearly displaying three-level administrative boundaries (city, district, town), road networks, water systems, key geographic features and annotation information. With clear hierarchies and standardized elements, they form a digital framework for understanding Changzhou's spatial pattern and conducting spatial analysis.

The "Image Maps" are produced from the latest high-resolution aerial or satellite imagery, authentically and intuitively reflecting the up-to-date actual state of land cover, building textures and natural landscapes.

The two can be used independently or superimposed and fused to achieve complementary advantages of the precision of vector information and the realistic visual effect of image data.

This product provides unified, accurate and visualized spatial base map support for urban planning and construction, natural resource management, public service allocation, emergency command and socio-economic analysis. It is an indispensable foundational digital base for building Digital Changzhou and realizing refined urban governance.
