This zip file includes the computer code to reproduce the Human Cause-of-death Data series (HCD) for two countries (the United States and Ukraine) as well as the raw data for these two countries that are necessary as input for the code to run. You will need to preserve the entire directory and sub-directory structure in the HCD_publication.zip file for the code to run.
