The 'Test Us Bank' biorepository was established to obtain, store, and share body fluid samples for SARS-CoV-2 research. Participants were asked to complete a survey to collect demographic information, delineate the types of samples they were willing to provide, and collect information about experience with COVID-19 (e.g., symptoms or exposures). Samples were collected in a location equipped for safely obtaining specimens from potentially SARS-CoV-2-infected participants, e.g., ED or inpatient units, ambulatory clinics, or COVID-19 community screening events.
