To investigate the associated with abnormal DNA demethylation and neural tube defects (NTDs) with folate deficiency, we etablished mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) Sv/129 in folate-deficiency-treated. Overall design: We then performed 5hmC profiling analysis using data obtained from hMeDIP-seq of the cell model. Comparative 5hmC profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for sv129 cells as control group and its folate-deficiency-treated as experimental group.
