Reproducibility package for: Trace-split correction for the pressure-drop deficit of thin Darcy zones in OpenFOAM-type collocated finite-volume solvers
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility package for the manuscript "Trace-split correction for the pressure-drop deficit of thin Darcy zones in OpenFOAM-type collocated finite-volume solvers" (submitted to Computers & Fluids). Contents:- cases/: inputs (0/, system/, constant/) of the 34 OpenFOAM 13 cases used in the paper (19 base cases and 15 pre-registered V7, V8 and V9 cases). constant/polyMesh is not included; regenerate it with blockMesh followed by topoSet (expected cell counts are given in the manuscript).- results/: existing post-processing .dat files, sanitised checkMesh logs and the final 120 lines of each solver log; numerical extractions behind every figure and table, including the end-to-end correction test (CORRECTION_ENDTOEND.csv) and the exact-rational check.- results/extractions/c027_superseded/: a superseded correction check, kept for provenance; read SUPERSEDED_README.md before using it.- code/: the independent one-dimensional finite-volume model and its tests, extraction scripts, the generality check and figure scripts (Python 3; NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, SciPy).- PREREGISTRATION/: the locked prediction files for runs v5-v9 with their SHA-256 checksums.- figures_v5/: figure scripts, source tables and QA notes for the six manuscript figures.- MANIFEST.csv maps every file to its original project path; SHA256SUMS lists a checksum for every file. Supplementary Table S0 of the manuscript maps each claim to the file that supports it. Not included: meshes, decomposed processor directories, time-step fields, complete solver logs and any experimental data. No solver was re-run to build this package; every file is a copy of an existing project artefact. Licences: source code (*.py, *.sh) is released under the MIT licence (LICENSE); all other files under CC BY 4.0 (LICENSE-DATA.txt). Version v4 replaces earlier drafts of this package: text files are byte-identical to the project originals apart from removed host and user names, and PREREGISTRATION/SHA256SUMS lists the checksums of the locked prediction files.
