Agreement coefficients in 2x2 tables

B (“Computation of Tables 3 and 4”) replicates findings from Tables 3 and 4. C (“Creating all 2x2 tables with size n”) has the procedures to generate all possible tables, given any range of n. D (“Computation of Figure 1 and Table 5”) exemplifies the creation of all 47,905 possible tables with n = 64 to build Figure 1. E (“Computation of Table 6”) shows the procedure to replicate Table 6 and some additional figures. F (“Computation of Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5”) shows how to create 1,028,789 possible tables with 1 ≤ n ≤ 68 and provides the R code to generate hexbin Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5. The other files contain all R scripts, some figures, and data mentioned in the instructions.
