Sixteen whole blood samples from 8 dogs were subjected to methylome analysis using Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) (PMID: 36173564). RRBS libraries were prepared using the Zymo-Seq RRBS Library Kit (Zymo Research, USA). One hundred ng of genomic DNA was used, and 16 cycles of PCR were performed for primer amplification. Sequencing was performed using a NovaSeq SP platform (Illumina, USA) following the manufacturer's instructions.
