Airborne eDNA reveals the resource-based assembly of frugivorous vertebrates in the tropical rainforest

Study combine innovative airborne environmental DNA (airborne eDNA) sampling with ground-based fruit tree surveys across 20 forest plots in Xishuangbanna, a tropical biodiversity hotspot in southwestern China, to investigate how fruit traits and resource availability shape frugivorous vertebrate assemblages.
