cis-eQTLs in East Asian, European and African individuals

This repository includes significant cis-eQTLs of whole blood and LCLs from eight cohorts, including three East Asian-based cohorts (MAEC, JCTF and MAEEA), one African-based cohort (SABR), one cohort with global ancestry (MAGE), and three European-based cohorts (GTEx whole blood, INTERVAL and eQTLGen).
