This tarball contains a character level GPT language model (LM) trained on over 11 million tables from PMC OAS full papers. The tarball also contains a row merger classifier finetuned from the Table LM for key resource table reconstruction from papers/preprints in PDF format. This tarball is to be used together with the codebases https://github.com/SciCrunch/table_lm and https://github.com/SciCrunch/key_resource_table_extractor.
