A Cost-Consequence Analysis of Family and Group Conferencing in Adult Social Care and Mental Health Settings in England, and Consideration of Learning for Future Research

Data was collected from three case study sites in England: Sites A & B are local authorities with responsibility for adult social care, Site C is an NHS Partnership Trust delivering mental health services. Data was collected between September 2023 and October 2024. ICECAP-O was used to assess outcomes for service users, in an intervention (Family and Group Conferencing) sample and matched comparator group. Outcomes for network members (family and friends) were assessed using ICECAP-O and Carer Experience Scale (CES).
