A single cell transcriptional profile of growth plate cells of the murine femur at postnatal day 36 (P36), lineage-marked by PTHrP-creER at P6, Control Overall design: tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from PTHrP-creER; Ptch1(fl/+); R26R-tdTomato (Control) growth plate at P36 (tamoxifen at P6). 10,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000
