Seed- associated bacteriome of some native andean trees of Chile

The study examines the bacterial communities associated with the seeds of various native Andean tree and plant species. The species included are Drimys andina, Drimys winteri, Embothrium coccineum, Lapageria rosea, Lardizabala biternata, Persea lingue, Peumus boldus, Prumnopitys andina, Rhaphithamnus spinosus, and Sophora cassioides.
