Sea buckthorn dieback in Northern Germany: Fungal isolations and mycobiome analyses

German sea buckthorn is increasingly affected by dieback. Shoot, root and soil samples of different locations were submitted to Illumina sequencing of ITS1 to study associated fungal and oomycetes communities.
