This dataset compiles digital economy-related policies, regulations and rules promulgated by over 460 central government bodies and institutions, including national legislative, judicial and supervisory organs, Party Central Committee institutions, the State Council and its subordinate agencies, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), securities regulatory, trading and settlement institutions, financial institutions, central enterprises and wholly state-owned enterprises funded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), as well as government agencies at all levels, exchanges and regulatory authorities under the 31 provinces and municipalities across China.
