The goal of our study is to determine whether commensal gut microbiota modulate the expression of DDG in the liver. Method: C57BL/6 mice from two different vendors [Jackson (JAX) and Taconic (TAC)] were cohoused with either the same vendor or the other vendor creating following four groups; JAX, TAC, JAX cohoused with TAC (CoJAX) and TAC cohoused with JAX (CoTAC).
