资源简介:

The dataset made available corresponds to a quantitative, non-experimental, predictive study focused on adult Mexican men living with HIV who were treated at a public clinic specializing in sexual health (n = 217). In this database, users will find variables derived from self-report instruments that assess key dimensions for understanding the experience of living with the virus from a comprehensive perspective. Specifically, the dataset includes information on: level of knowledge about HIV, knowledge of condom use, adherence to antiretroviral treatment, self-stigma, quality of life, and subjective well-being. Each of these variables is operationalized through quantitative scores that allow for statistical analysis, as well as the exploration of relationships among cognitive, behavioral, and psychosocial factors. This dataset provides an opportunity to deepen the analysis of how different factors influence the well-being of men living with HIV, facilitating the replication of analyses, the development of new explanatory models, and the design of evidence-based interventions.
