We
provide data generated in a randomized controlled trial carried out at
residence halls of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The study was
conducted to investigate the effect of Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (ICBT) on symptom severity and quality of
life of Iranian female university students suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Moreover, the
PMS-related disability and attitude toward menstruation were investigated. Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy with 92 female university students was included.
