In this paper, we evaluated a pH-dependent, equilibrium/kinetic model for describing the sorption of cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) by poultry litter-derived biochar (PLB). We performed sorption experiments across a range of solution pH, initial metal concentration, and reaction time.
