Influence of IL-4 receptor alpha signaling on cutaneous innate immune response during Th2 inflammation

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common disorder characterized by Th2 inflammation of the skin. AD is frequently implicated in skin infection by Staphylococcus aureus. This study aims to investigate influence of IL-4R alpha signaling on cutaneous innate immune response to S. aureus in a mouse AD model using single cell RNA sequencing.
