Brampton Plan-Schedule 6a-water resource system. The Water Resources System consists of rivers, streams, lakes, wetlands, groundwater features, and other hydrologic components that support the movement, storage, and quality of water throughout the city. The system plays a vital role in maintaining ecosystem health, managing stormwater, and supporting sustainable growth. Boundaries are based on environmental policies, regulation areas, parcel fabric boundaries, existing built features, topographic features, aerial photography, legal documents and OMB decisions. This data is intended to be used in conjuction with other related mapping layers for this schedule, and may be impacted by other schedules, with consideration to the text of Brampton Plan.
